Lead our first delivery operation in Sunyani, starting around STU and UENR. Turn the daily work of deliveries into a simple system that works.

When something goes wrong, fix it and ask why it happened. Then build a better flow, write it down and check that it works.

What you will do

Run daily delivery operations
Manage and support riders
Connect restaurants, riders and customers
Find slow points and repeated problems
Build better flows for delivery, pickup, rider planning, restaurant handover and customer support
Write clear SOPs for flows that work
Track performance and find ways to improve
Work with engineers to turn field problems into product fixes
Set the standards we will use as we grow

Organized and systems minded
Strong problem solver
Can turn a messy real world problem into a clear process
Thinks about edge cases
Communicates well and works well with others
Open to feedback and new approaches
Comfortable with riders, restaurants and customers
Knows Sunyani and the campus area (a plus)
Past work in operations, logistics, hospitality or startups is a plus, but not required
